Emailed and spoke someone on the same day with the cost being returned very quickly.A very varied and expansive selection of not only whiskey but other spirits. Highly recommended. Beyond the 10% buyers commission (which is expected) they then add what I can only say is a rather steep courier fee when compared to a retailer, shipping this type and volume of product, and then they suggest in a slightly sinister way that you should buy insurance as they don't seem to be liable if your bottle/s don't arrive in one piece. There are some up and coming, relatively new, auction sites that offer 0% commission.
